In the even you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund (minus applicable shipping cost). Only unused items in saleable condition and in its original packaging are eligible for return. Defective or damaged items are eligible for return or replacement.

1. What’s your return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days from the shipping date. All returned items must be in saleable conditions and unused.
2. How much do you charge for shipping?
In order to get accurate shipping quote, please add the item(s) that you want to purchase to the shopping cart. You will be able to get a quote once a zip code is entered. FREE Shipping Promo will be automatically applied prior to checkout.
3. What is your refund policy?
Any returns that fall within the 30 days time frame are eligible for a full refund minus applicable shipping cost. If original order was shipped FREE, we have the right to collect our shipping expense from your refund amount.
4. Do I need to pay my own return shipping?
We will only send you a return-shipping label if we found that the error was on our part (e.g. shipped wrong item, defective, etc).
5. Do I need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)?
Yes. All returns must be accompanied with RMA number. RMA can be requested via email to return@paperhop.com or login to your account and follow the steps to return your item.
6. Can I exchange with a different item?
Yes. Please note that you might be charged for another shipping charge and you also have to cover your own return shipping.
