Q: What shipping carrier do you use to ship orders? A: We ship 99% of our products with US Postal Service and in certain cases, we will ship with UPS. This is why we can give a cheaper shipping cost compare to other stores.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How is my order processed? A: Upon receiving an Order Confirmation, we will verify your payments within 2-4 hours. Once it is confirmed, we will then process your order for shipment. Generally, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. You may track your order status online at our website by clicking Contact Us/Order Tracking link on the bottom part of our site. Please have your Order Confirmation Number ready to track your order status. When you placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation along with the Order Confirmation Number in it.
Q: What if an item is backordered? A: An item is backordered when we do not have it in stock. Backordered items may take 1-2 weeks to become available again. After 2 weeks, if the backordered item is discontinued or not available from our supplier, your order may be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
