We will ship only to the following countries: United States and Canada. For all other countries, please send an email to our Customer Service to get a shipping quote. We are not responsible for all other additional custom fees and charges. We are also not responsible for lost items shipped outside United States.
All NEXT DAY shipment that was placed on Friday will be processed immediately so you will get it by Monday or Tuesday at the most.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns for unopened shrink wrapped items and undamaged items in sellable condition. Returns and damages must be claimed within 14 days after ship date.
** All Items in our CLEARANCE category are not refundable and non-returnable unless prior conditions are mentioned**
IMPORTANT - All returns must request an authorization number prior returning the items. Please contact our Return Department at return@paperhop.com to get a return authorization number. Please include the authorization number in your return box along with the items.
Returns are accepted as long as the item is still brand new condition and all tags are still attached as they were shipped from our warehouse.
Returns are also subject to 20% restocking fee unless we made an error. We will send a prepaid return shipping if we find that we made an error during shipment (i.e. Sent wrong item).
Damaged Item In most cases, we will refund damaged item or send replacement if we are not out of stock. If we decide that we need the damaged item back to us, we will send a prepaid return label along with the replacement or we will send through email or by US mail.
Exchange Exchange are accepted as long as you notify us within 14 days after we shipped your order. Returned item may subject 20% restocking fee. To exchange an item, please send an email to service@paperhop.com along with your original order information, item that you want to exchange, and the item that you are interested in getting. Shipping costs for exchanged item are to be paid by buyers.
